Client Service Officer

Talent Spot Pro have partnered with a boutique accounting firm based in the heart of Melbourne. With a tight-knit team and long-standing client relationships, they’re looking for a proactive and professional Client Services Officer to be the face of the business and provide high-level support across reception, administration, executive assistance, and client care.

What do you do?

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
  • Prepare and manage ASIC and ATO correspondence
  • Assist accountants with lodgements, compliance & administration
  • Maintain accurate client records in Xero Practice Manager and related systems
  • Liaise with clients to collect information and resolve queries
  • Support the team with general client service and admin tasks

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a Client Services / Administration role within an accounting firm (essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Xero Practice Manager experience highly regarded
  • A team-player attitude with a proactive and professional approach
